Cancellation of Services/Bookings
Cancellation Terms: To enable effective planning and resource allocation, the following cancellation charges apply to all ambulance and event medical service bookings:
- More than 14 days before the event/service date: No charge
- Between 14 and 5 days before the event/service date: 50% of the agreed fee
- Between 5 and 3 days before the event/service date: 75% of the agreed fee
- Less than 3 days before the event/service date: 100% of the agreed fee
By confirming a booking, the client accepts these cancellation terms. Echo Fire and Medical Ltd reserves the right to recover any additional costs incurred where specialist resources, accommodation, travel, or third-party services have already been arranged on the client’s behalf.
