Echo Fire and Medical is an industry leading and dynamic provider for training, fire and ambulance services. We deliver nationally accredited Pre-Hospital care training, operate a fleet of emergency response ambulances (regulated and registered with the CQC) and provide fire and rescue teams to the commercial and event sector.

Our Mission  

Echo was created entirely for people. This encompasses the people we serve and the people we employ. Our mission is to continue with this focus and deliver outstanding pre-hospital care, fire and rescue services and education delivering the very best care and response to the public that we serve.

Our mission is what drives us to deliver the very best service levels for you. Echo Fire and Medical Ltd (founded in 2016) is an independent, fully regulated provider of Fire and Medical Services.

Who are we?

Initially created to deliver event medical and fire services, we quickly responded to the need for a reliable and dynamic ambulance services provider to support the NHS and private medical sectors. Being Care Quality Commission registered means our clients can have the confidence in a clinically well led, reliable and safe ambulance services provider when choosing Echo for all ambulance deployments.

In 2018 we moved into our purpose-built site right beside the M1 motorway in Sheffield. From here we deliver nationwide Ambulance services, Pre-Hospital Care training, Fire and Rescue services and event Fire Extinguisher hire. 

We have our own in-house clinical management team on hand 24-hours to support staff in the delivery of outstanding care and the right response to our client’s needs.

Our Team  

The Echo Team consists of a wide range of skill sets from Emergency Care Assistants, through to Firefighters, Paramedics and Doctors. Our clinical Education Team is there to support our staff and clients to ensure high levels of care are delivered by not only our teams but yours through our training departments too. 

Our friendly yet robust team is fully supported by a clinically led management structure and innovative support tools and portals to ensure our services are outstanding 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
