Our Vehicles

Our fleet of over 30 vehicles includes transport options for a range of requirements from simple passenger cars, through to stretcher or chair configured ambulances, frontline emergency ambulances (equipped to full frontline specification including cardiac monitoring) and of course our secure transport vehicles.

For those involving violence or potential threats we offer the added protection of our Secure Cell Ambulance. This is specially designed with a reinforced, fully approved, full sized care cell to ensure both the safety and dignity of the patient in a secure environment.

Our vehicles are medically equipped and are supported by our skilled Secure Care Team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care, regardless of the complexity of their needs.

Mental Health and Secure Transport Services

We provide safe and reliable secure transport services to and from a variety of locations including:

• NHS and Private Hospitals
• Secure Care Facilities
• Police Custody Suite
• Correctional Facilities
• On-Scene within the community (including section 135 & 136 support)

Our teams work in collaboration with other agencies and partners to provide the transportation of individuals across the UK. We offer a fully bespoke service and can respond to your immediate needs (including under emergency conditions) or pre-planned requirements.

Within our Mental Health and Secure Care Services, we also provide ‘Bed Watch’ solutions where our specially trained staff will support the monitoring and care of a patient, alleviating pressures on hospital or ward security and medical staff.

Our Secure Care Team

The dedicated members of our team undergo specialised training in mental health, de-escalation techniques and crisis care. Ensuring a patient focused and safe transportation process is achieved, no matter the destination or the challenges involved.

Our Secure Care Team include a range of clinical grades from Urgent Care Attendants through to Technicians and Paramedics.

We are proud to work alongside various partners across the UK. We are approved to deliver outstanding clinical care as a frontline 999 ambulance services provider too, underpinning our care and compassion through each and every patient transfer.
